1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the Terms) govern the procedure for using the website of the online store "Mebli Lux" at the address meblilux.com.ua (hereinafter referred to as the Site) and the relationship between the Seller and the Buyer.

By using the Site, you confirm that you have read these Terms and accept them in full.

2. Placing an order

Ordering goods is carried out through the Site, by phone or via messengers. After placing an order, the manager contacts the Buyer for confirmation. The order is considered accepted after confirmation by the manager.

The Buyer is obliged to provide accurate contact information when placing an order. The Seller is not responsible for delivery errors caused by incorrect Buyer data.

3. Prices and payment

Prices for goods are indicated on the Site in hryvnias (UAH) and are current at the time of placing the order. The Seller reserves the right to change prices until the order is confirmed.

Payment methods: online payment by Visa/Mastercard (LiqPay), cash on delivery, prepayment to the account. Detailed terms are described on the "Payment Terms" page.

4. Delivery

Delivery is carried out throughout Ukraine by the following services: Nova Poshta, Delivery, Justin, Myst Express, Ukrposhta. Pickup from the warehouse at the address: Sumy, Kharkivska St., 32.

The cost of delivery is not included in the price of the goods and is paid by the Buyer separately. Detailed terms are described on the "Delivery Terms" page.

5. Return and Exchange

The Buyer has the right to return or exchange goods of proper quality within 14 days in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights". Detailed conditions are described on the page "Return and Exchange of Goods".

6. Warranty

The warranty period for the goods is determined by the manufacturer and indicated in the product documentation. The warranty does not apply to damage caused by improper operation, self-assembly or mechanical damage.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials posted on the Site (texts, images, logos) are the property of the Seller or are used with the permission of the copyright holders. Copying materials without written consent is prohibited.

8. Liability

The Seller makes efforts to ensure the accuracy of information on the Site, but does not guarantee the absence of technical errors. In case of discrepancies between the information on the Site and the actual characteristics of the product, the Buyer has the right to refuse the order.

The Seller is not responsible for the temporary unavailability of the Site due to technical work or force majeure circumstances.

9. Protection of personal data

The Buyer's personal data is processed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data" and the Privacy Policy of the Site. Personal data is used exclusively to fulfill the order and is not transferred to third parties without the Buyer's consent, except in cases provided for by law.

10. Changes to the Rules

The Seller reserves the right to make changes to these Rules. The current version of the Rules is always available on the Site.
