This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter – the Privacy Policy) applies to all information that the online store https://meblilux.com.ua, located at www.meblilux.com.ua, may obtain about the User during their use of the Online Store's website, programs, and products.

1. Definition of Terms

1.1. The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:

1.1.1. "Online Store Website Administration (hereinafter – Website Administration)" – authorized employees for managing the site, acting on behalf of the online store "www.meblilux.com.ua", who organize and/or carry out the processing of personal data, and also determine the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data to be processed, and the actions (operations) performed with personal data.

1.1.2. "Personal Data" – any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable natural person (personal data subject).

1.1.3. "Personal Data Processing" – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

1.1.4. "Confidentiality of Personal Data" – a mandatory requirement for the Administrator or other person who has gained access to personal data to prevent their distribution without the consent of the personal data subject or the existence of another legal basis.

1.1.5. "User of the Online Store Website 'www.meblilux.com.ua'" – a person who has access to the Site via the Internet and uses the Online Store's Site.

1.1.6. "Cookies" — a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the user's computer, which the web client or web browser sends back to the web server in an HTTP request each time they attempt to open a page of the corresponding site.

1.1.7. "IP Address" — a unique network address of a node in a computer network built using the IP protocol.

2. General Provisions

2.1. By using the Online Store's website, the User agrees to this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing the User's personal data.

2.2. If the User disagrees with the terms of the Privacy Policy, they must stop using the Online Store's website.

2.5. By using the Site and placing an order, you consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with the terms of this Policy and the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" dated June 1, 2010, No. 2297-VI.

3. What Data We Collect

3.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Online Store Website Administration regarding non-disclosure and ensuring the protection regime for the confidentiality of personal data that the User provides at the request of the Website Administration during registration on the online store's website or when placing an order to purchase Goods.

3.2. When placing an order, we collect the following personal data:

• last name, first name, and patronymic (if applicable);
• phone number;
• email address (e-mail);
• goods delivery address;
• User's place of residence.

3.3. We do not collect or store bank card data. Online payments are made through the secure payment system LiqPay.

3.4. The online store protects data that is automatically transmitted during the viewing of advertisements and when visiting pages where the system's statistical script ("pixel") is installed:

• IP address;
• information from cookies;
• information about the browser (or other program that accesses the ad display);
• access time;
• address of the page where the ad block is located;
• referrer (address of the previous page).

3.4.1. Disabling cookies may result in the inability to access parts of the Online Store's website that require authorization.

3.4.2. The online store collects statistics on the IP addresses of its visitors. This information is used to identify and solve technical problems and to monitor the legality of financial payments made.

3.5. Any other personal information not specified above (purchase history, browsers and operating systems used, etc.) is subject to secure storage and non-distribution, except as provided in clauses 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.

4. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

4.1. The Website Administration of the online store may use the User's personal data for the following purposes:

• Identification of the User registered on the Online Store's website to place an order and/or conclude a Distance Sales Contract for goods with the Online Store "www.meblilux.com.ua";

5. Protection and Processing of Personal Data

5.1. The processing of the User's personal data is carried out without a time limit, by any legal means, including in personal data information systems using automation tools or without using such tools.

5.2. We take the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

5.3. The Website Administration takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, and from other unlawful actions of third parties.

5.4. In the event of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Website Administration informs the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data.

5.5. The Website Administration, together with the User, takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User's personal data.

6. Transfer of Data to Third Parties

6.1. The Buyer's personal data is not transferred to third parties, except in the following cases:

• Data transfer to delivery services (Nova Poshta, Delivering, Justin, MIST Express, Ukrposhta) for the delivery of goods;
• Data transfer to the LiqPay payment system for making payments;
• Data transfer to courier services, postal organizations, and telecommunications operators solely for the purpose of fulfilling the User's order;
• Cases provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine.

6.2. The User's personal data may be transferred to authorized bodies of state power of Ukraine only on the grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of Ukraine.

7. User's Rights

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", you have the right:

• to know about the sources of collection and the location of your personal data;
• to receive information about the processing of your personal data;
• to demand the correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
• to demand the deletion of your personal data;
• to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data.

8. Obligations of the Parties

8.1. The User is obliged to:

• provide information about personal data necessary to use the Site of the online store "www.meblilux.com.ua";
• update and supplement the provided information about personal data in case of changes to such information.

8.2. The Website Administration is obliged to:

• use the information received solely for the purposes specified in clause 4 of this Privacy Policy;
• ensure the storage of confidential information in secrecy, not to disclose it without the prior written permission of the User, and also not to sell, exchange, publish, or disclose in any other possible way the transferred personal data of the User, except as provided in clauses 6.1. and 6.2. of this Privacy Policy;
• take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User's personal data in accordance with the procedure usually used to protect this kind of information in existing business practices;
• block the personal data related to the relevant User from the moment of application or request of the User or their legal representative or the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification, in case of detection of inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions.

9. Liability of the Parties

9.1. The Website Administration, which fails to fulfill its obligations, is liable for losses incurred by the User due to the unlawful use of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, except for cases provided for in clauses 6.1., 6.2. and 9.2. of this Privacy Policy.

9.2. In the event of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Website Administration is not responsible if this confidential information:

• became public domain before its loss or disclosure;
• was received from a third party before it was received by the Website Administration;
• was disclosed with the User's consent.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1. Before filing a lawsuit in court regarding disputes arising from the relationship between the User of the Online Store Site and the Website Administration, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for voluntary dispute settlement).

10.2. The recipient of the claim, within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, shall notify the claimant in writing of the results of the claim review.

10.3. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be referred to a judicial body in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

10.4. The current legislation of Ukraine applies to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Website Administration.

11. Cookies

The Site may use cookies to ensure proper operation and improve the quality of service. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, but this may limit the functionality of the Site.

12. Changes to the Policy

12.1. The Website Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User's consent.

12.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Online Store's Site, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
