Payment methods

1. Online payment by bank card

Payment is made by Visa and Mastercard cards through the secure payment system LiqPay. Payment is made on the site at the time of placing the order. All payments are processed via a secure connection.

2. Cash on delivery

Payment upon receipt of the goods at the delivery service branch:

• Nova Poshta;
• Ukrposhta;
• Mist Express;
• Delivery.

Attention! When paying by cash on delivery, the Buyer additionally pays the delivery service commission according to its tariffs.

3. Prepayment to a bank account

100% prepayment to the Seller's bank account. Payment details are provided by the manager after confirming the order.

Payment procedure

1. The buyer selects the product on the website and places the order.
2. The manager contacts the buyer to confirm the order and agree on the payment method.
3. The buyer makes the payment by the selected method.
4. After receiving payment or confirming the order with cash on delivery, the product is sent to the buyer.

Prices

All prices on the website are indicated in the national currency of Ukraine - hryvnia (UAH). Prices include all taxes and fees in accordance with current legislation. The Seller is a payer of the single tax of group 2, excluding VAT.

The cost of delivery is not included in the price of the goods and is paid separately.

Payment security

Online payment is made through the secure payment system LiqPay (PrivatBank). The Buyer's bank card data is not stored on the server of the Online Store and is transmitted exclusively via a secure communication channel.

Refund

Refund is made in accordance with the conditions specified on the page «Return and exchange of goods» within 14 business days in the same way as the payment was made.

Assembling furniture

All furniture, except for exhibition samples, is sold in factory packaging in disassembled form. The Buyer can order the assembly and installation of furniture. The terms of service (price, date and time) are agreed with the store manager. Assembly is performed by qualified store employees. When assembled by our specialists, the store bears full responsibility for the quality and provides a guarantee.
