Online store «Mebli Lux» delivers furniture throughout Ukraine. Almost all cabinet and upholstered furniture (except for exhibition samples) are sold disassembled, in compact factory packaging. The cost of delivery is not included in the price of the goods and is paid by the Buyer separately.

Delivery methods

Delivery times

• In the city of Sumy: 1-7 business days from the moment of order confirmation (on average up to 3 business days) — for goods that are in stock.
• Custom goods: 3-31 business days depending on the manufacturer and model. Please check the exact terms with the manager.
• Delivery in Ukraine: according to the terms of the selected delivery service, usually 1-5 business days after shipment.

The day of shipment or delivery of the goods is agreed with the Buyer.

Availability of the goods

The goods may be in stock at the store "Mebli Lux" or ordered at the furniture factory. Information about availability is indicated in the product description on the website. You can check availability with the manager by phone.

Self-delivery

Any goods purchased in our online store can be picked up by self-delivery free of charge.

Delivery in Ukraine

For buyers outside the Sumy region, delivery is carried out by the delivery service that is more convenient for the Buyer: Nova Poshta, Delivery, Justin, Myst Express, Ukrposhta.

To place an order with delivery in Ukraine, you must specify:

• name and model of the product;
• surname, first name and patronymic of the recipient;
• delivery address or delivery service branch number;
• contact phone number.

Receipt of goods

Upon receipt of the goods, we recommend checking:

• integrity packaging;
• conformity of the goods to the order;
• completeness;
• absence of external damage.

If damage or discrepancy is detected, record it in the presence of the delivery service representative and immediately contact the store manager.
